How to remove LED puck light from headliner/ceiling?

Greetings all:

First post, new to me '16 Bounder 35K, just purchased. I need to replace about 10 dim/dead LED puck lights in the headliner/ceiling. I assume that light housings are spring loaded to retain them - correct? How do I remove the lights without damaging the ceiling?

I think you just pull down on the cover. I just pulled one off with my fingernails. Mine snap back in place. If one breaks, I'm pretty sure you could get another from Fleetwood (Rev Parts) for a small fee.
